SHIUR with Micki

How can contemporary art reveal new insights into ancient texts and narrative? How can seemingly unrelated texts create a new con-text to appreciate visual arts?

SHIUR at Parterre Projects Tel Aviv will explore these questions amongst the art of Tsibi Geva through an interdisciplinary evening of text based discourse led by Micki re-reading the Vaera narrative along with sources from theory and Kabbalah via a critical discourse lens. We will be joined by Professor Roy Brand, founder of Parterre Projects.

We are holding weekly in-person SHIUR gatherings where Jews and Arabs, Israelis and foreigners, come together through text-based discourse. Thinking together, reading together, developing ideas and experiences together.
